Exploring Trauma - Offers a supportive, shared experience for individuals who have experienced trauma. It provides a safe space for expressing emotions, learning coping skills, and fostering connection with others who understand similar experiences.
Helping Men Recover - A clear understanding of the impact of male socialization on the recovery process, a consideration of the relational needs of men, and a focus on the issues of abuse and trauma.
Psychoeducational groups provide information and tools to help clients better understand mental health, substance use concerns and useful coping strategies.

Outpatient treatment is a flexible and effective option for individuals seeking support for substance use or mental health concerns while continuing to work their recovery journey. Our outpatient program offers structured therapy, group sessions, and individualized care.
